Served as level on Educator until 2004 then took up a position as acting departmental Head in 2005 till 2013 during these years at North Coast Primary taught various grades. Attained a CELTA from the University of Cambridge Uk 2006. Was promoted to Mandini Academy in 2013 where he is the Departmental Head of a combined school which includes grade R to grade 12. Managed the High School for a period of 10 years during which time completed his honours with 6 distinctions in Educational Management and Leadership. Spear headed a dynamic shift in education by introducing a partnership with iwhiz and Mandini Academy as well as the Gingindlovu circuit as the digital revolution continues to grow at our school and circuit. Also served the ilembe & District  Cricket Union in various capacities, currently serving as president of ilembe Cricket for last 4 years and 10 years as primary schools president.
